Your data
Delete your account
For every StudiUp app: StudiUp LSAT, MCAT, GRE, NCLEX, GMAT and DAT
You can delete your StudiUp account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by email. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
Delete it in the app
- Open the StudiUp app and go to the You tab.
- In Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and its saved progress are deleted right away.
Ask by email instead
If you no longer have the app, email privacy@studiup.app from the email address you signed in with (or tell us how you signed in: Apple, Google or email), with the subject "Delete my StudiUp account". We'll confirm it's you, delete the account, and reply when it's done, within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (email address and the Apple or Google account link).
- Your learning data: progress, answers, review schedule, streaks, quests, plan and test date.
- Saved copies of your progress in our database, within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days.
What is kept
- Question reports you sent (for example "the answer looks wrong") are kept so we can fix the question, with the link to your account removed.
- Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and our payments provider RevenueCat, as the law requires for tax and accounting.
- Progress saved only on your phone stays there until you delete the app.
See the privacy policy for the full details.
